bon.bastisch was founded by Bonne van Olst.

It all started with a fascination for pieces that can transform with your mood.
Everything I create has one thing in common:
The idea that a piece is adaptable and therefore lasts a lifetime.

At bon.bastisch we hold craftsmanship and sustainability to a high standard.
All bon.bastisch items are handmade by myself and from a small studio we collaborate with in Indonesia.
The materials are deadstock from larger productions.
Because we work with what’s available, our stock is limited.

As for the name, bon.bastisch is a blend of my first name Bonne and the dutch word ‘Bombastisch’, a reference to boldness, character and doing things with intention.
The name reflects my belief that fashion should be personal.
